When you have a registered account with us you will be able to post your vacancy requirements to the site.  This can either be done manually or using an automated vacancy posting system.  We are integrated with the leading vacancy automation suppliers to enable easy multiple vacancy posting.  Vacancies are updated on the system in real time and immediately available to jobseekers via our job search engine.  In addition jobseekers that have registered job alerts on the system that meet the criteria of roles you are advertising will be mailed to let them know of the availability of a suitable match.  For additional information see advertise.

Manage your Account

From this area of the site you will control your account. Add new vacancies, delete vacancies or renew if requirements not filled. If your account is a subscriber to CV alerts, CV search or Talent Bank™ you will find the tools here. Quick link log ins are also available direct from the recruiter section of the site.

Set up CV Alerts

As a registered subscriber to this service you will be able to set up keyword alerts that will mail you CV matches as they become available on the system.  Delivering the best CV’s direct to your desk top.

CV Search Subscribers

Can search the database of all registered jobseekers to identify suitable matches for roles you are resourcing.  Our search tool enables you to drill down through the data base to identify the best matches for you to contact.

Talent Bank™ Subscribers

Can search the registered profiles stored in the Talent Bank™ database. This is an anonymous gateway where the industry’s top talent can register their details so you can headhunt them by email when you have a suitable opportunity. The registered Talent Bank™ member does have the control of their account and choice as to whether they wish to respond to your approach. So we cannot guarantee a result every time.

We respectfully ask that all approaches are for definite requirements that clients have registered with your company and that you are resourcing at the time of the approach. Please supply enough information to enable the Talent Bank™ member to determine their suitability for the role this will increase your chances of headhunt successes. In line with FRES and AOLR guidelines any blatant breaches of these guidelines will be investigated and may lead to suspension of your services.
