- Calculation and the payment of retirement benefits from a scheme.
- Review of existing pensions in payment for Income Drawdown
- Establishment of pensions via a pensions payroll
- Dealing & settling the death benefits under a scheme
- Dealing with any issues and the settlement of benefits from a pension sharing order (Divorce)
- Dealing with Transfers into and out of a scheme
- Calculation of a member's entitlement under a scheme
- Purchase of annuity policies
- Dealing with any lifetime allowance issues that may arise
- Various reporting requirements including Event reports / Scheme returns / Accounting for tax return etc.
- Dealing with any issues regarding Primary and Enhanced Protection.
- Client Contact.
- Any other work necessary to ensure the department and the Company operate in a smooth and efficient manner
