Personal Lines Broker Manager
Location: Somerset
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 Negotiable D.O.E

Our client is on the look out for experienced Personal Lines Assistant Branch Managers and Broker Branch Managers to develop their existing members of staff within their regional High Street Brokerages.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of the brokerage
Maintaining Company sales targets
121's on a monthly basis
Ensure staff are fully motivated and focused
Dealing with disciplinary issues and recruitment
Regularly make presentations at Seminars and Managers' meetings
Provide training to junior staff where necessary
Skills:
Previous experience of managing and motivating a team of people
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to successfully role out and pilot new insurance schemes
It is essential to have experience of Personal Lines Insurance or Commercial Insurance
