Purpose of Role:
The role encompasses:
Working closely with the training manager to deliver technical claims training to our technical claims unit. You will be responsible for the delivery of training for the delivery technical subjects, to include Credit Hire, Personal Injury and Litigation procedures together with other identified technical needs and a small percentage of soft skill training.
Support and develop Business during induction and continued development
Evaluate overall training effectiveness and provide effective feedback.
Demonstrate ability to identify training needs, design and deliver training.
Gain a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the FNOL and TCU Claims Adviser positions to be able to train staff to; resolve referrals and work competently on the system, encompassing all Best Practice Standards
Support, monitor and manage performance on both hard and soft targets to ensure each team member aspires, achieves or exceeds their targets/ Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and that collectively the team achieves or exceeds the Contact Centre KPI's. Where advised, carry out regular quality audits, one-to-ones and Performance Reviews in accordance with company procedures.
Understand Training needs providing Performance Coaching and Mentoring as appropriate either through self or nominated Mentor(s)
Support and liaise with the Training Manager ensuring completion of relevant training and development programmes for self and for Teams in accordance with company procedures
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
Must have good training experience, preferably gained within the motor claims handling environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of the Motor Claims process and procedures including the road traffic act, case law, liability, personal injury or similar environment.
Should have Maths & English at GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above and the owner of a full Driving Licence.
