Household Claims Adjuster - West Sussex - up to £20,000
Our client is a leading household insurance company that are actively seeking professional and experience claims handlers to join their team.
Main purpose of role:
To deal with all claims related invoices. Policy and information updates, claims, mid term changes and resolving customer queries and complaints in a friendly manner. Achieving prompt and appropriate resolution of claims in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the policy ensuring appropriate payments are made where necessary and TCF and other FSA requirements are applied.
You will be self motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service skills are essential.
