Insurance Sales Executives
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 OTE £24,000
Location: Cardiff
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Sales Executives to join a leading and rapidly expanding Insurance Broker. Your role will be to develop client relationships and increase revenues gained from existing insurance products, whilst maintaining a level of professional excellence at all times.
You will be provided with ongoing training and the opportunity to establish and further your career within this award winning company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Make targeted marketing calls to SME clients and personal customers
Follow up on warm leads to generate new business from the sale of the organisations various commercial and personal lines insurance policies
Work towards team and individual targets
Provide a comprehensive service including breakdown of full policy details and essential FSA information
Continue to provide impeccable service standards to all clients to ensure continuous business growth and complete satisfaction with the delivery of service
Skills:
A proven ability to work within targeted, sales driven environments, preferably from an outbound call centre background
Experience within the Insurance Industry with some general knowledge of Insurance Products
An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
Self motivated and goal orientated
