Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
As a Customer Relationship Manager fro a Leading Legal Services Provider you will develop and manage relationships with key business customers to deliver customer satisfaction and to maximise income and business development objectives in line with agreed business strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and manage relationships with key business customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the service provided and to maximise business return
Ensure that current and future business needs of allocated customers are researched and understood in depth and that tailored services and solutions are developed to ensure the retention of their business
Prepare and agree plans and budgets to achieve business objectives for allocated customers
Monitor progress against plans and budgets and take corrective action if necessary to get back on track
Plan, control and deliver allocated projects and participate as appropriate in cross functional projects / investigations, ensuring requirements are delivered to plan
Build and maintain extensive professional and business networks across relatively complex customers to facilitate the securing, retention and growth of business
Skills:
