Customer Service Claims Executive
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
Location: Cardiff
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and expanding Insurance Organisation as their Customer Service Claims Executive. You will be required to manage, coach and lead the Customer Service Claims Department ensuring the delivery of all service level agreements to maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensure the delivery of Service Level Agreements in the claims department
Ensuring that the Department handles all claims in a cost effective manner in accordance with Group Guidelines, Procedures and Claims Philosophy
Work with Regional Service Manager and Executives to deliver consistent service standards both Regionally and Nationally
Ensure sufficient skilled resource exists within the department through staff development, succession planning and recruitment
Ensuring Compliance with the responsibilities and obligations imposed by the FSA and overseeing complaints
Develop and maintain working relationships with the Agency network, Operations team and third party providers, as appropriate
Deputise for the Regional Services Manager as required
Manage the implementation of procedural and process changes to the Department
Skills
Good experience within the Insurance Industry with a sound understanding of claims procedures, compliance and FSA regulations
Ability to manage people and teams through periods of change
Strong leadership, excellent judgement and decision making
Initiative, constantly looking for and suggesting and implementing improvements in processes and methods of work
Highly personable with strong leadership and man management skills
Must be ACII qualified, or have a Degree with equivalent industry experience
