Our client is a leading claims management company that is growing rapidly. They are actively seeking a team leader for their first notification of loss department.
You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your own team to their highest standards.
You will oversee the department and have the ability to lead by example whilst working alongside of the Team Manager.
Proven experience within a similar role is essential and good report writing skills are required.
