Position: Banking and Insurance Solicitor
Location: Devon
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
A legal 500 practice requires an Banking and Insurance Solicitor to join their growing team in plymouth. This position has arisen due to expansion of work relating specifically to complex / high value property fraud claims, typically involving arson, staged theft and other deliberate damage.
You must be fully conversant with CPR and able to run a caseload from start to finish.
Skills:
You will have a strong commercial litigation background, preferably with experience of Banking / commercial insurance disputes involving fraud and related policy coverage issues. Applicants must be interested in a varied and challenging role with the necessary forensic skills and aptitude for defending fraudulent claims.
Good IT Skills and experience of using a Case Management system are an advantage.
Our Client is looking for a team player with good communication and organisational skills. An ability to work well under pressure, keep to deadlines and use their own initiative is also essential.
