Position: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

This Legal 500 firm are looking to add a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to their team, working within a team to ensure consistent levels of service and advice to clients nationally and Europe wide
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including: IP litigation, Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases, IT disputes, Banking and finance, Professional negligence
The role offers training and development opportunities alongside team and Partner support
Skills:
Successful candidates will have proven experience of Commercial litigation within the above sectors, with a proven record of achievement in these area's
Strong interpersonal negotiation and IT skills are required, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and also the ability to work well under pressure.
A willingness to, develop your own knowledge and to work well independently and within a team m are also needed.
Candidates will ideally have gained technical expertise within well a respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm. The ability to deal with clients at a senior level and have a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives
