Position: Associate Private Client Solicitor
Salary: £65-80,000 extensive benefits
Location: London
A Leading legal 500 regional practice have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing taxation, wills and probate team within their city offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will involve supporting one of three partners within the Private Client division Advising clients on various area’s including: advising on taxation issues affecting trusts and trust property, inheritance and capital gains tax law, Will drafting and probate law among others
Skill:
Detailed knowledge of Taxation, Wills and probate laws is highly desirable
A varied skill set that should include a high level of communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and IT Skills.
Candidates should be able to show the ability to meet and exceed client and referrer expectations and to maintain and develop long-term client and referrer relationships.
