Position: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 + Benefits

Our expanding legal 500 client are looking to add a specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their team representing clients who have sustained brain, spinal and serious multiple injuries including fatalities.
The team already have an enviable reputation in the market and have wide ranging contacts across the industry to ensure the best experts available for court cases and expert opinions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of files involving a wide range of Clinical Negligence cases
Supervise new paralegals within the group
Participate in team training and marketing activities
To participate in the auditing of cases as and when required and to maintain the groups case management procedures
Skills:
As a term player you will be sufficiently confident with Clinical Negligence procedures to be able to use your initiative
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and motivated for work within Clinical Negligence
Good organisational skills and a pragmatic approach to solving claims are essential to the role
Good IT skills and excellent communication skills are also essential
Previous Clinical Negligence experience is essential
Good working knowledge of CPR
