Position: Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Our leading legal 500 client are looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to one of their highly recognised teams in their midlands office.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage a caseload of files with assistance from your own dedicated legal assistant
Deal with each file through to conclusion
Work within the firms standard service levels
Manage all cases in the best interest of the Claimant at all times and accurately record all time spent
Meet income and time recording targets
Skills:
Law degree qualified with LPC or experience working in either a Solicitors or Insurers environment
In depth knowledge of Personal Injury Liability and quantum issues with a willingness to keep up to date with legal developments
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer Literate
Ability to work well with others
