Position: Drafting Litigator
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000

This expanding legal 500 practice are looking to add a Litigator to their cost team, working within the Cost team the role will involve negotiating bills and fee agreements with opposition solicitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recover legal fees,
Preparation of witness statements
Response to challenges to bills
Drafting amendments to fee agreements, negotiation and the litigation of legal csots
Skill:
Candidates will ideally have completed their LPC and be looking for their first role within the legal environment.
High level IT and negotiation skills
