A exciting opportunity has arisen within for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing practice in the South West to enhance and be part of their continued growth plans. Our client is seeking a Solicitor with established post qualification experience.
Experience:
Employment law and the ability to apply it
Practical HR advice
Employment tribunal case management
Some marketing / business development experience
The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures within the Employment team and the firm
Working knowledge and experience of:
Marketing and business development
Tribunal advocacy
TUPE
Trade unions
