Motor Claims Negotiators
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £14,500 - £16,000
Our Client is a leading Insurer who have made significant progress in the general insurance market, and recently secured a large contract with one of the Worlds leading brand names. As a result, our client is seeking a number of Claims Handlers within their Motor Claims division, who will be responsible for managing a caseload of Motor Claims for this prestigious client.
Our client will provide you with technical guidance, support and career development opportunities, as well as the opportunity to gain professional qualifications who actively promote.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a caseload of motor claims from inception through to settlement
Make decisions on Liability and negotiate settlements within agreed authority level
Ensure that claims are handled in the correct technical manner
Identify any potentially fraudulent aspects of the claim and notify the relevant department
Identify all available recoveries
Provide an unrivalled level of service to policy holders
Skills
Experience within the Insurance Industry preferably within a claims environment
Ability to provide a high quality of customer service with the ability to resolve difficult situations
You must have good numerical and keyboard skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to help others
