Accidental Damage Motor Claims Technician - SUFFOLK

Suffolk AD motor insurance claims opportunity – providing a full administrative service to the engineering department. In this role you will:

- Process estimates and invoices
- Review all inspections requests and identify most cost effective action
- Communicate with customers
- Monitor the use and cost of independent engineering services and manage payments for their services
- Be a communication referral point for engineering enquiries
- Collate data and statistics for MI
- Monitor salvage agent collections and identify engineering additional services where required

Requirements:
 
Recent insurance experience within a claims environment·
Microsoft office applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
GCSE in Maths and English, grade C or above (or equivalent)
