Business Development Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 + Company car
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated New Business Executive to join one of Bristol top Corporate Insurance teams.. You be able to work under own initiative to secure business, have a proven track record of new business development. Target market is mid-corporate – clients paying fees in excess of £10k.
The successful candidate will be expected to service accounts.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business revenue for the group
Service accounts as Account Executive
Generate new customer contacts and clients
Create new business ideas
Operate in accordance with (FSA compliant) company agreed processes
Deliver new business revenue line
Reach and exceed new business targets
Maximise new business revenue stream from personal activities
Maintain and improve quality of personal prospect database
Generate and create new business ideas and techniques in a compliant framework
Skills:
Risk Management
Good knowledge of general insurance products
Good understanding of major insurer markets
Able to demonstrate good sales techniques
Self motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven sales experience
Track record of success
Experience in insurance sector
Communicating, influencing and relationship building
