Commercial Litigation Solicitor – 2-4 Yrs PQE – Bristol

Our client, a growing provincial practice are looking to add a Commercial Litigation solicitor to their growing team to work closely with the senior partner to continue the development and expansion of the Litigation group
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of Landlord and Tenant, Professional Negligence, Banking and General Commercial Litigation Cases
Assist the Senior Partner with high profile cases and undertake some of their work as required
Manage clients on a day to day basis, including meetings and conference calls
Liaise with Key stakeholders as required
Work effectively with support and marketing staff to enable the Litigation group to move forward
Attend Networking events and conferences
Continue with own professional development
Skills:
A qualified solicitor with 2 years Post Qualification Experience within Commercial Litigation within a practice environment
A good level of knowledge of General Litigation, with exposure to Professional Negligence, Banking, Landlord and Tenant and General Commercial Litigation
Able to handle complex cases on a day to day basis
A varied skill set that includes high level communication (both written and verbal), Negotiation, Litigation, Networking and IT Skills
