Area Adjusting Manager

National adjusting practice seeks an Adjusting Manager for their office in the South East to manage a team of approximately 5 adjusters and 3 claims technicians. This is a pure management role and you will be responsible for the area property team, including technical quality of work produced and service delivered. You will have to set and deliver a challenging financial budget for the team working closely with your manager. Additionally you will need to motivate your team and handle any complaint cases. Although you will be given a flexible base to work from, you will be required to be in one of two offices at least 4 days a week.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record within a management position and be able to motivate your team. Ideally you will hold a professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ACILA and have good commercial awareness with the ability to develop client contacts.
