Solicitor - Lender Services Group

A new vacancy has arisen within a leading legal 500/top 30 national practice for a Solicitor to join the mortgage litigation team within the Lender Services Group. You will be responsible for dealing with disputes arising from all aspects of residential mortgage lending, including defended mortgage litigation, mortgage fraud and professional negligence and acting for high profile lender clients. The team deal with major high street lenders as well as general commercial organisations. The successful candidate will be part of a large team and will be responsible for managing his/her own caseload of mortgage possession claims and other commercial litigation matters.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally be a solicitor with 0-2 years PQE and will possess solid prior litigation experiences.
