Associate - Corporate

A new vacancy has arisen within a leading legal 500/top 30 national practice for an Associate to undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and private equity and other large national and local clients. You will assist on and lead management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and re-organisations.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally have between 4-7 years pqe gained in a City, national or large regional practice. This is a strategic hire and on joining the team, you will play a key role in strengthening the firm's current service offering as well as assisting in shaping the future development of the team.
