Legal Adviser - Insurance Fraud

This top legal 500 law firm are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Adviser or qualified Solicitor to join the Insurance Fraud team in Merseyside to handle a caseload of motor fraud files. You will be required to progress and settle cases, with supervision, to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement. You will action all technical aspects of a case in line with practice group/client service standards and protocols, utilise a Case Management system and/or use standard documentation wherever appropriate to maximise cost efficiency and ensure financial targets are met.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with defendant fraud experience and be keen to develop career in this area. Ideally you will have case management experience and be able to prioritise your own workload and work flexibly.
