Consumer Credit/ Finance Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a rapidly expanding law firm and are keen to continue the expansion within their Financial Services Regulation/Commercial team. The ideal candidate will be involved in providing advice on the regulatory aspects on a range matters including consumer credit and mortgage repossession issues. The team is currently being headed by a leading practitioner (chambers recommended), regularly advising a host of banks and financial institutional clients on a wide range of national and international disputes involving injunctions, freezing orders, search and seize orders and more.

In respect of this expansion plan, a unique opportunity has arisen for a banking and finance litigator with at least 4 years + PQE experience to join this top city practice dealing with defended mortgage repossession matter coupled with a solid grasp of the consumer credit act. For consideration, you will possess solid advocacy and dispute resolution skills, outstanding academic credentials and will have gained such experience (some international) from a City firm or a large regional practice.
