Our client is a small but well established Birmingham practice seeking a dynamic, confident and capable associate/junior partner to join its expanding team. The team is currently being led by a leading midlands figure who is keen to appoint an impressive candidate; able to assist with an increasing multi-track dispute caseload while also adding value to the team. Acting for a wide range of clients including Ltd's and SME's, the team are regularly up against leading national and city dispute resolution teams and as such the work on offer is a mix of complex, high value matters involving but not limited to Arbitration & Mediation, Banking & Finance, Claims with a foreign element and the enforcement of Foreign Judgments, Commercial Contractual disputes, Licensing, Partner, Shareholder and Director disputes and Unfair prejudice claims, Warranty claims and disputes arising out of Company Asset or Share sales etc.
For consideration, you will be a locally based solicitor with at least 4 years + PQE seeking a new challenge; possess a good understanding of the CRP rules; be happy to assist with marketing and development and above all be keen to make your mark.
