Insurance Trading Manager

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Trading Manager to join a large insurance company based in Cambridgeshire.Joining a very busy and growing and market leading e-commerce business, you will be responsible for developing the team's capability and develop the trading skills. You will build sustainable relationships with the key supporting brokers and ensure governance and compliance requirements are met across the teams.

Applicants applying for this vacancy must hold ACII (or equivalent) or make significant progress towards. You will have extensive knowledge of commercial insurance product range and underwriting strategies. You will have highly developed management skills including leadership and motivation, project management, relationship management, negotiation skills, budgeting and resource planning.
