Well established Nottinghamshire practice is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding team.
A new vacancy has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join an expanding team at this large Midlands practice. Working out of the firm's Nottingham office, you will be advising a range of clients including Investors, Corporate entities, Public and Private Commercial and Residential Developers, Housing Associations, Charities, Financial institutions etc. on a range of matters involving development matters, acquisitions and disposals, sale and purchase, joint ventures, property finance, option agreements, site assembly and more. You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years solid PQE. Applicants applying for this role will need to have a sound technical knowledge, strong real estate background and impressive academics and experience gained at a leading real estate practice.
