Our client, a large national practice acting on behalf of national and international clients is keen to make a strategic appointment of an Associate to join its leading team dealing with all aspects of employment matters, based in Manchester.
This large national practice acting on behalf of large number of national and international clients, is keen to make a strategic appointment of an Associate to join its leading team. You will undertake a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work, advising a large number of corporate and public sector clients on all aspects of employment matters. You will deal with tribunal preparation and representation, redundancy and restructuring exercises, industrial relations, risk management audits, equal pay issues, executive severance, contract policy & procedure preparation and maintenance, employment status outsourcing and TUPE-related matters.
Prospective applicants will have at least 5 years PQE with solid academics, a proven track record of client service delivery and impressive negotiation and drafting skills.
