Our client, a leading national practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial/Procurement team based in Leeds.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this leading national practice (to be based in the Leeds office) for an experienced Assistant to play a key role in the further development and expansion of the department/team. The commercial team regularly handle a range of commercial matters including IT matters, Outsourcing, EU and Public procurement; Service Level Agreements; Supply of Goods and Services.
Prospective applicants with have at last 2 years PQE with a broad commercial skill set including drafting and negotiation of general commercial contracts, coupled with prior experience of preparing, negotiating & advising on all aspects relating to contract & procurement matters which will include PFI advice on behalf of private and public sector clients. Prior relevant experience in acting for health sector clients in the provision of commercial matters and a thorough knowledge of the Health Service would be a distinct advantage.
