A Commercial Property Assistant is required by this large national to join its southampton team handling a mix of property matters, including dealing with site acquisitions for residential and commercial land developers. The nature of the role also means you will be handling joint ventures and collaboration agreements, options and pre-emptions, disposals to other developers, housing associations, conditional contracts, sale of freehold reversions and some planning, highway and other development agreements.
With at least 4 years+ experience of handling top end property matters (ideally in estate development), you will also possess good technical, organisational and communication skills and be seeking a new challenge at a firm with an impressive (national/international) client base.
