Several new client instructions means this leading Legal 500 practice is seeking to expand its commercial team with the recruitment of an additional Solicitor to the team, based in its London office. You will handle a mix of matters to include IT contracts, e-commerce, licensing; data protection, software development and IT outsourcing matters on behalf of public and private sector clients in sectors including financial services, health, central/local government, utilities and TMT.
Prospective applicants will be a solicitors with at least 2 years PQE. The role will suit an ambitious solicitor looking for a new challenge or keen to specialise on Intellectual Property/Information Technology matters with experiences gained at a leading national or city practice. As you'll be dealing with a varied mix of clients and matters, it is imperative to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an 'academic' approach to the resolution of arising legal issues.
