This large national practice is currently seeking an experienced solicitor to join its expanding defendant insurance team in the Leeds office. Acting for a myriad of insurer clients, you will be involved in handling a mix of high value complex pre litigation and litigation industrial disease claims to include Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims, Asbestos issues, Upper Limb Disease, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome and a variety of other claims.
Prospective applicants will be a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, although consideration will also be given to Newly Qualified Solicitors/FILEX, with solid and proven previous experience of working within an Industrial Disease team at a well established or leading team/firm.
