The group regularly handles all aspects of real estate matters including developmental, property management and investment, L&T issues, property litigation, property finance and more, on behalf of wide spread of national public and private organisations. Upon joining the team, you will be involved in handling a range of property disputes including dilapidations claims, possession actions, contested and uncontested lease renewals, forfeiture actions and the service of notices.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about being a central part of the department's growth plans; be a team player, possess solid academics and credentials including good people skills
