Corporate Finance Solicitor

The corporate team/group at this leading national firm possesses a very diverse client portfolio which includes a wide range of clients from PLCs, through to SMEs including some public organisations. The successful candidate will be involved in advising on a wide range of matters including Mergers, Acquisitions, MBO's, Reorganisations, Joint Venture's and Capital funding etc.

The role would suit a confident and capable solicitor with at least 1 years' experience working as part of a leading national, regional or city practice. Excellent academics need to accompany this corporate experience. Candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered.
