You will be dealing with a host of issues involving sale and purchase of farms and farmland, rights of way, grant, termination and dealings with all types of tenancies - agricultural tenancies, residential tenancies (e.g. estate of farm cottages) and business leases, grant of options and sales of farmland to developers acquiring land for residential and commercial development. Based on the diversity of this area of property law, you could also be involved in assisting on renewable energy projects, including wind farms, mineral leases, heritage property and sales/purchase/letting of estate/farm cottages and other residential property.
