Property Litigation Solicitor

An influx of work to the litigation department of this leading practice means its is now keen to recruit an experienced solicitor to join the expanding team. The team has expertise in acting for clients in respect of a variety of property disputes including dilapidations claims, possession actions, contested and uncontested lease renewals, forfeiture actions and the service of notices etc.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months + PQE, excellent CDR skills, a confident manner and solid team play ethics. The firm has some impressive private and public clients and as such is able to offer the successful candidate a solid platform on which to develop his/her practice. This position offers a highly impressive remuneration package.
