Associate/ Advocate - Employment

A new vacancy has arisen for an Associate solicitor to join the Birmingham office of this leading national practice. You will be a keen advocate with proven experience of advising and representing respondent clients (employers) at Tribunal on issues as varied as unfair dismissal, breach of contract and complex discrimination claims. The role will involve you acting on behalf of a host of impressive blue chip clients in respect of employment tribunal claims.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4yrs+ PQE of handling employment matters coupled with solid advocacy skills. Proven experience of appearing and representing at Employment Tribunals is essential as an impressive grasp and knowledge of employment law legislation. Qualified barrister candidates will also be considered for this role.
