Group Compliance Co-ordinator
Salary: £35,000
Location: Near Farnham


This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading specialist Insurance providers within their newly re-structured Compliance Team as the Group Compliance Co-ordinator. This opportunity is well suited to an individual who is seeking to take on a new challenge and develop their career within an established and progressive organisation. Reporting to Head of Group Compliance, your role will be to assist in Compliance and Risk activities across the business, as well as taking responsibility for the central regulatory services, maintain records, identify compliance risks as requested and coordinate follow-up activities for the Head of Group Compliance.


Responsibilities



Responsible for maintaining and reviewing key compliance records and processes
Collating and analysing MI as required by the business
Undertaking and overseeing FSA / DPA Register checks
Training & Competence support and facilitation of Training
Oversight of all regulatory reporting
Maintenance and oversight of compliance Intranet Page
Facilitation and delivery of Compliance Induction training
The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining key compliance records and must therefore be well organised and ensure high standards of record keeping
They are expected to take the initiative for their own self development, seeking support from fellow team members and their line manager as needs are identified
Working from office they must develop and maintain strong business relations


Skills


Good customer service skills
Some experience in a regulatory environment would be advantageous
Positive mental attitude with the ability to show commitment and loyalty to the company
Reliable, flexible and have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
Professional and forward thinking and the ability to propose practical ways of implementing change
Polite and approachable for all colleagues requirements
