Solicitor - Corporate & Commercial

This leading regional practice is currently seeking to recruit a junior solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join the Corporate department dealing with a mixed bag of M&A, group reorganisations and some commercial contact matters.

The ideal candidate will have a broad commercial skill set including drafting and negotiation experiences gained from a well established national or regional practice. You will be a proactive and organised lawyer with the necessary commercial approach to client service delivery.
