This market leader is keen to recruit an additional associate with at least 2 years PQE experience of restructuring matters to the group. The team regularly provides advice on all aspects of corporate recovery and restructuring matters including reorganisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation and bankruptcy, to a mixed bag of clients including banks, finance houses and other lenders providing debt facilities. The types of advice provided includes debt restructuring arrangements, asset tracing, debt recovery, solvent reconstructions or, insolvency procedures. With an international network of colleagues to assist, you will be joining a firm able to offer the successful candidate a solid platform on which to develop his/her restructuring experiences.
