Associate Solicitor - Financial Services Regulation

An associate solicitor with at least 3 years PQE of finance regulatory experience is being sought to join this expanding group, to advice it national and international clients on a wide range of regulatory issues. With a good grasp, understanding and experience of financial services-related contentious legal matters, the ideal candidate will also possess solid experiences of acting on a broad range of disputes involving financial institutions. The group currently consists of both contentious and non contentious lawyers with experience of financial regulatory matters, financial investigations and banking litigation matters. The nature of the firm's clients means this role will have a strong international element in respect of the advice provided.
