Associate/ Partner - Property Litigation

A partner is being sought by this leading practice to join this leading practice dealing with a mix of property litigation matters.The team currently acts for a mix of property clients advising on a range of issues including rent arrears to anti-social behaviour, dilapidations claims, disputed rent reviews, break clauses and a host of other property disputes.

The role would suit a current Partner seeking a new career challenge or equally an associate currently restricted in his/her current role. You will posses a strong client focus, management or supervisory experiences, the necessary drive and enthusiasm to lead and drive the team/department. The level of the role means there is an expectation that the successful candidate will possess solid client contacts.
