Legal Executive
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
As a Personal Injury Legal Executive as part of a successful and well respected Solicitors Practice, you will be expected to manage a full caseload of mainly fast track cases under supervision. You will also carry out work on other team members' cases as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with Fast-Track cases, Disease cases, CICA cases and some larger cases
The job holder will be expected to conduct and manage caseloads in all respects, including taking appropriate decisions involving the exercise of judgement, subject to supervision
This role offers a good level of supervision in accordance with the Company's basic system together with further assistance in relation to major strategic decisions on cases
Skills:
You will require good theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end
The job does not carry any direct supervisory responsibility but you will play an important role in the team in helping to achieve the team's objectives
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential
