Contracts Administrator
Salary: £15,000 - £17,500 + benefits
Location: Bristol
Our Client is a leading service provider to the insurance and related markets, managing a national network of building contractors and surveyor networks across the UK. Currently our Client is looking for an innovative and motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
? Organising the Contracts Manager / Surveyors diary for booking in surveys
? Organising the tradesmen?s diaries
? Responsible for the day to day organising of a team of tradespersons
? Maintaining good communication with tradespersons and clients
? Providing management information reporting
Skills:
? Ideally from a building background with an understanding of building terminology
? An understanding of insurance or building and construction would be preferable, but not essential
? A person who can work to deadlines and who enjoys the challenge of working within a team environment
? Good telephone manner
? Computer literate
? Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
? The candidate should have proven experience of working within an office environment, with excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
