Personal Injury Negotiators
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client is a major Legal firm who has several vacancies with in its Personal Injury Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Claims Negotiator to be part of a dedicated and successful Claims Department.
Responsibilities:
To handle allocated Personal Injury claims in accordance with department procedure, policy cover and legal liability
To settle allocated claims
To apply appropriate investigation to each new claim
Adhering to the requirements and time constraints of the Pre-Action Protocol and the Civil Procedure Rules
Managing an allocation of 'technical files' within pre determined Company guidelines
To provide internal and external customers with a quality service by using appropriate means of communication that is timely, meaningful and effective
Skills:
You need to be a skilful communicator capable of dealing effectively with contacts on all levels through to Lawyers
Have an understanding of the insurance requirements
Be able to display an understanding of the Liability claims process
Have the ability to handle Personal Injury claims with minimum supervision
