Commercial Claims Negotiator
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Our client is a leading organisation that is actively seeking a Commercial Claims Handler / Negotiator. You will be required to handle an allocation of commercial claims whilst at the same time providing customers with a quality service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide customers with a quality claims service and provide effective internal and external communication and record maintenance
To handle allocated caseload of claims
Dealing with caravan claims, commercial material damage, liability damage to third party property and subsidence
To ensure that all recoveries are identified as early as possible and pursued
To authorise cheques where necessary
Skills
Working knowledge of a commercial claims environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good investigative mind and able to make decision
Coaching and mentoring
Good organisational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Has an ability to work under own initiative
