Responsibilities:
You will be dealing directly with Clients, Customer and Third Parties
General office administration, telephone work and filing
Taking initial calls, dealing with customer queries and servicing where necessary
Skills:
The successful candidate should ideally have good communication skills, excellent telephone manner and be confident talking to people
PC Literate including using e-mail
Previous customer service experience
