Solicitor - Commercial Property

Our client is a leading national practice with an enviable roster of property clients. An influx of work means it is now seeking to recruit a property solicitor to join its team at its Cambridge office. The successful candidate will be advising on all aspects of Commercial Property matters including advising clients on a mixed caseload of quality commercial property work involving freehold disposals and acquisitions as well as leasehold and corporate support work.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute, proactive individual with strong team play skills. The candidate will have gained at least 1years + experience at a large national or regional firm/practice well regarded for its real estate/property work. Excellent academics,communication skills and an appetite for business development are beneficial.
