Assistant Director
Location: Bristol
Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Duties Responsibilities:
? Managing a small team reporting directly to a Partner or be managing one of a number of teams working on a large project reporting to a Director
? Managing financial due diligence assignments and other transaction support services including corporate acquisitions, private equity deals and listed company transactions
? Reviewing, Drafting reports and information memoranda
? Liaising with target senior management
? Reporting to financial institutions and corporate clients
? Assisting with proposals and marketing activities
Skills:
? In order to apply for this role you should have strong A? levels and a degree (2.1 or above), or equivalent experience
? Qualified ACA or equivalent experience, ideally up to 4 years PQE
? Up-to-date knowledge of UK accounting standards and practice
? Knowledge of listing and prospectus directive rules
? Significant experience in transaction services work, preferably with a broad base of private equity, M&A and public document work
? Broad sector experience is advantageous and some knowledge of the implications of IFRS on transactions
? Well presented and able to command respect, with the confidence to deal with and influence clients at all levels
? Strong analytical and investigative skills, able to think clearly under pressure and challenge clients and targets appropriately
? Flexible and able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams striving for team success and dealing with involvement in presentations and written proposals
? Strong communication and networking skills, be able to present findings clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally
